HONEY BUTTER

This is a simple and good spread for bread or toast;

* 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
* 1/4 cup honey
Add cinnamon, if desired.

1. In a small bowl mix butter and honey until smooth.
2. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
